At MIA Shoes, we want you to love your stride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
